Wonderful small hotel with awesome views of the Bay and Mt. Vesuvius. It is in a quiet location in a neat small town adjacent to Sorrento. Staff is excellent and the rooms roomy and well appointed.
No negatives here. The hotel was as advertised on all counts.

Very nice staff, the hotel is cozy, clean, large room with balcony, breakfast is fresh with eggs and everything. It has no parking but they give you a residence card, so you can leave the car without extra cost in fron of the hotel.
To say something, they could have a shuttle to drive you to Sorrento, although you have a bus stop near the Hotel. They dont have direct access to the beach

The views, the room, the breakfast room, the balcony
The street in front of the hotel and the noise (in the evening of the vespa's and in the morning the noise of the construction workers next door)

staff was wonderful, friendly, spoke fluent English. Everyone knew the city very well. Location excellent. walking distance for everything we did. close to Train Station which was major plus.
air conditioning did not work, was cool enough at night we opened windows.
